Question: Are your clothing pieces mass-produced or handmade?

Answer: Every piece in our store is meticulously handmade, ensuring that each item is unique and crafted with care. As SSJHENI continually evolves, each project is exclusive and available in limited quantities. 

 

Question: Will the item I receive look exactly like the one in the picture?

Answer: While we strive for consistency, please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations in color, texture, or design. This adds to the charm and uniqueness of each piece!

 

Question: How long does it take to receive my order?

Answer: Since each item is made to order by hand, it may take some time before your order is ready to ship. We appreciate your patience and understanding. You can expect your order to be shipped within 3 weeks.

 

Question: Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit or if I change my mind?

Answer: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on purchases. However, we do accept exchanges within reason. Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping expenses incurred during the exchange process.
